Boris is the founder of the Club! He views earth as a lil boat, we’re in it together, drifting through the stars, having to share its limited resources.

It’s the creatives that make this journey worthwhile, so he is devoted to supporting them, especially those that focus on sustainability, so we can keep going, in harmony with nature and each other.

That is what drives him to passionately run Circular Creator Club and @starboat.app, The future platform for independent creators to sell their work and share their story.

Materials:

Forgotten DVDs, rope, old mirrors or glass plates, elongated objects from the trash bin

Production Process:

DVDs are stacked, bound together, and a mirror is placed on top. The rope is tightened with elongated objects.

"The hypocrisy in the circular economy, a hypocrisy we now participate in, is that works are often only affordable for the well-off. That may be because makers spend more time and effort into sourcing materials, and designing responsibly. But to me it feels crooked, because the way it is now, it will never work for everyone.

Therefore, all proceeds from this work go to CCC, a club researching how the circular economy can be scaled up and made more inclusive." - Boris
